HOPE, FAITH AND SUCCESS

I have been thinking of success and failure in terms of the different aspects of life. Recently I realised there had to be a direct connection between hope, faith and success.
Listening to my minds voice I keep getting a few ideas and I just wrote down these thoughts about hope and faith a few days back.

HOPE is nothing but a HEAVENLY WHISPER in your ear by an unknown entity spoken to you while you are deep in prayer and enveloped in faith. The Faith you have in yourself, faith in your abilities, faith in your dreams, and above all faith in God.
This Heavenly Whisper tells you softly; so softly that you can hardly make out the words it says. It tells you to embrace OPTIMISM. It encourages your faith .It gives you the strength to smile when you feel like crying. It elevates your spirits to swim when you want to drown. It pushes you to soar up in the sky when you want to dive into the valley of despair.
No sooner do you have a thread of Optimism in your breath, you begin to see a dim light at the end of the tunnel. An endless night begins to melt ever so slowly into pale, creeping light. Your inner voice starts telling you to hang on, try one more time, do something more, do something else, try once more and then try again. You begin to PERSIST AND PERSEVERE. You were about to give up, let go, but now you want to go the whole distance.
Once you Persist, you begin to receive ENERGY from some unknown source as if someone just plugged you in and put the switch on. You begin to see living EVIDENCE of the works of God. You realize that no battle is lost until you give up. You are ENVELOPED in more faith.
Tell me, can success be far behind? Can you face failure with HOPE on your side?
Hope and faith together is the most potent combination for success in every field of life.
Try it once. Doubt will leave you. Pessimism will perish. Lethargy will melt away. Failure will fail.
To your success...Cheers!

Two Faces of things known and unknown

Like every coin has two faces everything in this universe has its opposite. The day has night, the good has evil, success has failure and life has death. Just like the two opposing faces of a coin, opposites are just on the other side or you may say closely follow one another. Another equally striking thing about these opposites is that the other side is inevitable. You can be certain that night will change into day like life will one day be replaced by death. Death is the most certain among all happenings, in each and every thing that takes birth on earth. Whatever takes life is destined to perish in death. There are two extremely important lessons to be learnt and many of us fail to learn from death, which I would like to discuss here. These lessons, if learned and worked upon, have potential enough to transform into success any form of failure. The first thing is to realize that any problem, any challenge, any tribulation, any scarcity, any epidemic, any catastrophe, any tsu...

Inertia

Inertia, as you may be aware, is a tendency to do nothing or to remain in an unchanged state. Every person has to fight with inertia on numerous occasions in daily life. Suppose your car needs cleaning this weekend and somehow you just don’t feel up to it and put it off by giving some excuse, or your wife asks you to clean up your desk or book shelf or mow the lawn but you either procrastinate or give an excuse of having a backache or something else just to put it off for as long as possible. The funny thing is that finally when you do start doing the particular chore or activity you were avoiding, you actually begin to enjoy it and most of the times complete the task in the best possible way. If you start cleaning your car, you find there’s loads of dirt on the carpet and then you clean it up inside out, similarly if you do begin to start mowing down the grass in your lawn, as soon as you see some part of it after it’s been trimmed a little and feel the difference, it egg’s you on ...
FORGIVENESS I say forgive and forget. You will say ‘easier said than done’. I am the person hurt. I feel the pain. I need something to soothe the pain. I need revenge in one way or another. That’s the least I can do to ease the discomfort. The hurt will not go away unless he or she also feels the same or more pain than I feel. At the most I may say that I have forgiven, but, but forget, I will never. . . But let’s just take a moment to step back and understand why most, if not all, religious books like the Bible or a lot of text from the Buddha and many other such credible sources highlight the importance of forgiveness. We all agree on one thing and that is “everything begins and ends in the mind”. The truth is; it does and this statement requires no proof. Well, if this is the case than it goes without saying that keeping stuff life anger, hate , dislike, revenge, resentment or hostility towards anyone person , place, thing or situation will certainly do a hell of a l...
